I have a special occasion coming up, can I custom order a particular color, design and length of jewelry? Definitely! I specialize in custom orders and love to create jewelry for your special events. Please email or call me directly so I can discuss this in more detail with you.

Can I order an item in another metal, (silver, antiqued silver, gold, platinum, etc)? Absolutely, please email or call me directly so I can discuss this in more detail with you.

I don’t have pierced ears, do you make “clip on” earrings? Although nearly all of my designs are for pierced ears, some are easily convertible to the “clip on” style -- please email or call me directly so I can discuss this in more detail with you.

Can I order another style of clasp or earring? My goal is your 100% satisfaction, I enjoy collaborating with my customers in the design of their jewelry – yes, you may order another style of clasp or earring – just give me a call or email me and we’ll chat.

May I order my necklace longer or shorter? My standard length is 16 inches, which may not be the best length for everyone; I want your necklace to fit perfectly, please contact me and let me know what length you would like.

How do I care for my Deb Scott Design jewelry? To keep your Deb Scott Design jewelry in its original condition, store it flat in a protective box or bag. To clean sterling silver jewelry use liquid silver polish and a soft cloth. Do not clean or polish tarnished sterling silver, for it will remove the black finish. Use a dampened chamois to polish crystals.

What if my jewelry needs repaired? I will gladly repair your Deb Scott Design jewelry. If parts are damaged beyond use or lost, a nominal fee may apply, (I will contact you in this case); however in most cases repairs are completed at no cost and returned within three weeks.
